2020 – 2021 General Facility Costs:
- Location fee starts at $2,800.00
- Friday and Sunday evening 75 guests minimum
- Saturday evening 125 guests minimum
Since we reserve this special day just for you, a non-refundable deposit fee equal to your site fee is required in order to reserve your date.
Included in the venue fee is:
- Exclusive use of the facility for the full day on which your event takes place

Our professional and courteous staff will provide you and your guests with personal and gracious service throughout your reception.
Rancho de las Palmas will provide tables for dining, gifts, seating cards, and cake. Also included is china, silverware, glassware, and white wedding chairs at no additional cost. You may also select from white, ivory, or black dining tablecloths and a wide variety of colors for your napkins.
