  • Food and beverage – pricing is determined by the number of guests, selected bar package, and chosen menu options
  • Ceremony Setup – $350 (secondary site setup/tear down)
  • On-Site Coordination Services – $700 + $1 per guest (if non-RDLP coordination is used, a $600 On-Site Coordination Facilitator fee is applied)
  • Restroom attendant and on-site maintenance staff member – $400

Planning Your Moorpark Wedding

What's included in the venue rental?

Your venue rental includes everything needed for a seamless and comfortable celebration. We provide tables, chairs, and basic linens, along with full table settings that include glassware, flatware, and utensils. A professional sound system with use of in-house DJ is also available for your event. You’ll enjoy all-day access to a private, air-conditioned bridal suite, as well as ample complimentary paved and well-lit parking for your guests. Our property is pet-friendly, allowing you to include your furry friends in the celebration, and our clean, well-maintained restrooms with multiple stalls ensure comfort and convenience for everyone.

What's your guest capacity?

We accommodate 50-200 seated guests depending on your chosen ceremony and reception locations. Our garden ceremony holds 150, courtyard ceremony holds 200, and both reception spaces accommodate up to 200 and 180 guests respectively. Exceptions can be made on an individual basis, and must be pre-approved.

Can we bring our pets?

Absolutely! We’re a pet-friendly venue and love including your furry family members in your special day. We just ask that pets are supervised and well-behaved around other guests.

Do you allow outside catering?

We work exclusively with DJ’s California Catering to ensure consistent quality and service. They offer extensive menu options and can accommodate all dietary restrictions and cultural preferences.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 12-18 months in advance, especially for peak season dates (April-October) and Saturday weddings. However, we often have availability for weekday and off-season celebrations with shorter notice.

What happens if it rains?

Southern California weather is usually kind to us, but we have covered options available for both ceremonies and receptions. Our pavilion offers an elegant indoor space for receptions, and ceremonies can also be arranged under covered areas if needed. If you prefer to keep your event entirely outdoors, we’re happy to recommend a trusted local tent rental company to provide additional coverage.

3. Reserve Your Date

Popular wedding dates book 12-18 months in advance. Secure your dream date by only paying for the site fee at the time of booking. Catering, photo booth or other add-ons will be charged 2 weeks prior to your event (exception: a required $1500 catering deposit will be needed within the first 2 weeks of your booking).
